I'm sure Cody Nickelback (or whatever his name is) is definitely totally for sure the best diversity chief that has ever diversity chiefed in the history of diversity chiefing, but when you are obliged to hire a diversity chief because your staff is too white and too male, then hiring a white male diversity chief is literally part of the problem.
