What I'm Watching

This is a thread to share all the good things you're watching at the moment, or have recently watched. Serialized shows on broadcast or streaming; films; digital shorts; stand-up; documentaries; performances — whatever! Tell us what you're watching and enjoying these days.

I am still loving Brooklyn Nine-Nine so much and am so grateful that NBC picked it up after Fox cancelled it and have renewed it for a seventh season yayayayay!

[Content Note: Sexual harassment; spoilers.]

Last week's episode, which was about workplace sexual harassment and assault, was so fucking good. I sobbed my face off at the scene between Amy and Jake, during which Amy tells Jake about a former superior officer sexually harassing her and how it made her question whether she deserved a promotion he'd given her. Melissa Fumero was so goddamn good and real and raw in that scene.

Andy Samberg was also terrific in that scene, especially since he was tasked with being the comic relief at some points, and he navigated that expertly.

Stephanie Beatriz, who plays Rosa Diaz, also directed the episode, and she talks a little bit about that here.

I'm just so glad for this show. And I'm really excited that Superstore returns to NBC Thursday night this week, too!

Anyway! What are you watching these days?
