It's really easy to make promises you can't possibly keep and then claim that you're "left" of everyone who won't make the same unfulfillable promises.
Relatedly: I'm ceaselessly aggravated by people who pretend that "this policy proposal isn't currently possible in the existing political environment" and "Democrats are corporatist centrists who refuse to give you free stuff you deserve out of spite" are the same goddamned thing. They are not.
