This is about the life of an unborn 20-week-old baby."—Republican Mississippi State Senator Angela Burks Hill, on the Mississippi State Legislature's passage of a 20-week abortion ban with no exceptions for rape or incest, about which Republican Governor Phil Bryant says he looks forward to "receiving it and quickly signing it into law."
