He then immediately added (as if that weren't enough):

"Mother may have a different opinion. But don't tell her I said this, but my opinion is the one that counts. Heh heh heh heh heh."

So…Bush thinks that Dick Cheney is the best veep evah!!!11!!, even better than his own dad, refers to his mother in public not as "my mom" or "my mother" but "Mother," and is also a smarmy knob who jokes about how Mother's opinion doesn't count.
