How's The Economy?

Let's take a gander at the state of the U.S. economy.

The U.S. credit rating, now a triple-A, is at risk.

There was a record number of home foreclosures in April.

EVERYONE knew about those AIG bonuses and some Congress members were investigating in October 2008.

Retail sales dropped for the second month.

Retailers develop products and lower prices for cost-conscious consumers because of dismal sales.

"The highest inflation-adjusted borrowing costs since the 1980s are hindering U.S. companies' ability to build their businesses."

Treasury Secretary Geithner says "the financial system is beginning to heal."

YAY! Now all I need is some KFC grilled chicken.
