
Also, it is sweeter than some of the smaller pumpkins I normally use. This baby is not "woody as fuck." YAY!

I saved some of the seeds so I might have a Petulant Pumpkin Patch next year. Double YAY!
I have to continue my cooking now. Once I finish cooking, I will save some for Thanksgiving, purée the rest, and freeze in Food Saver bags.
