Oh Shut Up, Carville

I've wished for some time that James Carville would just shut up and go away. Here's one more reason.
“Mr. Richardson’s endorsement [of Obama] came right around the anniversary of the day when Judas sold out for 30 pieces of silver, so I think the timing is appropriate, if ironic,” Mr. Carville said, referring to Holy Week.
Please remind me again how Obama's campaign is the one that treats its leader like a cult figure.

Update: Just to clarify something here: I'm not saying that all Clinton supporters think that she's the Second Coming or whatever, just as it is manifestly not true that all Obama supporters think so about their candidate. I just think that, given the "cult" accusation that regularly gets thrown around at the Obama campaign, this was a pretty damn rich thing for Carville to say.

These candidate wars are the among the damnedest things I've ever seen.
