But, like, in the non-gender-specific sense of the word. As in, 'you da man, Jen!' or 'man, you have nice legs' or 'congratulations! You've just been named GQ's Man of the Year!'
I just can't wrap my head around exactly why this is sexist. Maybe it's just stupid. But something about giving that title to a woman because she's maintained her strength during a tough time...it just smells. But it's a terrific publicity stunt, so cheers to all involved.
